On the upper floor are four double bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms. The master suite and 2nd bedroom both have access to a terrace with panoramic views of the sea and the mountain.
The laundry and garage both have direct access to the house, and is where the Ping pong table can be found. There is under floor heating/cooling system, as well as air-conditioning. The Solar Heated swimming pool has water heated by the sun and pumped into it, this can be regulated, so that you can have a cool pool in the summer, but a warmer more swimmable pool in the months of April, May and June.
The pool is an infinity pool with views over the Mediterranean towards the beach of Aiguablava. The 4 sun loungers, and the exterior lounge set is situated there, and has a nice grassy patch for when the kids want to play, or lie down with their towels.
